Beth’s work in business consulting, leadership development and strategic planning began in a non-profit organization in New York City where she served as Education Coordinator for Management Programs.
Fifteen years later, Beth has worked in the fields of organizational transformation and professional leadership development with corporations and individuals in the United States and Brazil, India, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom. She is a regular contributor to Harvard University Business School’s rigorous Advanced Management Program. Her style is direct, compassionate and grounded in solid understanding of the competing priorities of leadership and the dynamic forces of global business.
Beth earned her B.S. from Boston University’s College of Communication and M.B.A. from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, where she has taught organizational behavior.

Garrys early experience as a professional hockey player with
the former Hartford Whalers influenced the direction of his career
post-retirement. Garrys work with Fortune 100 and 500 Companies
continues to capitalize on the principles of high performance teams.
Garry is able to transfer observations from adventure exercises
to the workplace.
Garrys team coaching is a powerful means to gel different
perspectives to drive business forward with spirit and a strong
sense of team ownership for results. His adventure exercises range
from climbing to rafting with a full compliment of conference room
challenges to engage functional teams in defining guidelines and

Betsy Tuohey

Betsys unique background, a 20-year combination of operations
management and global human capital management for both start-up
and larger Fortune 500 companies, ideally suits her to work with
a wide variety of organizations and individuals. She has extensive
change management expertise and brings the depth of skills required
to align people, process and technology with strategic intent.
Betsys cross-disciplinary and cross-industry roles include
Chief People Officer at a technology innovator, Director of Human
Resources at Fresh Samantha, Inc. and Director of Human Resources
at a public utility. She has also held various operations leadership,
training and customer service management roles for People Express
and Continental airlines.
Betsys energy, business acumen and focus have allowed her

Hilary Ziven, PSY.D.
Organization Consultant and Management
Coach
Hilary Ziven has over twenty years experience as an independent
consultant to individuals and organizations striving to create productive,
high performing work units. She has served clients from both private
and public sectors and has a specialty practice in health care settings
with over fifteen years of management experience.
Hilary blends her talent as a teacher with her practice as a clinical
psychologist and her experience as a manager to help clients acquire
skills and new behaviors that maximize effectiveness in their organizations.
She has expertise in outcome research, risk assessment and performance
improvement processes.
Judy Ringer
Judy's interests and passions are in conflict management, peak performance, and individual and personal power. Judy is a teacher and black belt in aikido, the Japanese martial art developed in the 20 th century as a means to disarm and control an attack without harming the attacker. Using aikido as a metaphor and experiential teaching tool, she helps clients go beyond theory to re-pattern physical, mental and emotional reactions to stress and conflict.
Judy's background includes courses with the Harvard/MIT Program on Negotiation and ongoing work and study in Process Work and World Work models, developed by Arnold Mindell.
Judy is also a professional singer and voice coach. In all aspects of life, she is interested in creating more power with less effort and in supporting individuals and groups to utilize and extend energy more consciously.
Nancy Lehoux
"Twelve years of engineering experience with Textron and General Electric have given Nancy a unique perspective on the power of corporate culture. Her background includes positions in design and development, marketing and customer service, as well as information management. Nancy has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is presently in pursuit of a Master Coach Certification.

Michael Kukenberger
Summer Intern 2004 - Analyst
Michael will receive his MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire in 2005. Mike’s enthusiasm for the topics of leadership, organization structure and environment, organizational behavior, and strategy coupled with his research skills support our custom approach to Leadership Consulting and our Professional Leadership Development Programs.
Prior to graduate school, Mike worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Brewster Academy, a private college preparatory boarding school in Wolfeboro, NH. While there, Mike coached Varsity Soccer and established the Alpine Race Ski Program. Mike is an avid water skier.
