Our Approach to Individual Management
Coaching:
- Assess individual performance to highlight patterns, areas
of strength, opportunities for development and possible areas
of professional derailment
- Define objectives for the coaching engagement
- Apply action practices to address real work challenges
- Observe on-site and provide feedback to increase influence
and impact
- Facilitate conversations with managers, customers, peers and
other stakeholders to define behaviors that are working and behaviors
in need of change

Our Approach to Team Coaching:
- Assess team to highlight strengths and weaknesses, and to initiate
discussion of team development opportunities
- Provide adventure learning experience to highlight real behaviors and
create shared understanding of what behaviors support and what behaviors
impede team performance
- Define norms and standards to guide team interactions to improve
the quality of results, efficiency of processes and satisfaction
of team members and stakeholders
- Facilitate coaching sessions with individual team members to
target behaviors in need of change to increase influence and impact
on the team
- Monitor progress of team processes
- Address business objectives for which the team is accountable
Our Approach to Personal Coaching
- Discuss your life objectives with a personal coach
- Identify 2 - 3 main objectives to focus on throughout the coaching engagement
- Complete a behavior style assessment to gain insight into your typical behaviors
- Identify behavior patterns that create barriers to realizing your objectives
- Create sustainable strategies to eliminate behaviors that stand in your way
- Personal Coaching Engagements are available in 12 hour and 24 hour coaching engagements that take place over 3 - 6 months based on your schedule and interests
- A typical 12 hour engagement is scheduled in 30, 60 and 90 minute phone conversations spaced 2 weeks apart over a 3 month period
- A typical 24 hour engagement is scheduled in 30, 60 and 90 minute phone conversations spaced 2 weeks apart over a 6 month period
